All fees are non-refundable once paid to the embassy. Visatodubai.co.uk cannot guarantee the approval or duration of any visa, the embassy makes the decisions. Even if we provide the correct advice and documentation the embassy can still reject the application and give a reason for the refusal. The duration of the visa is at the embassy’s discretion.

We reserve the right to decline any application or case at our discretion. If we accept your case we will complete all work according to your instructions unless exceptional circumstances arise. These circumstances include cases of fraud or misrepresentation, hopeless applications or work outside our area of expertise. In such cases we can terminate our agreement with you, but we will give you prior notice and help you find another agent, unless the termination is due to fraud or an unviable case.

You can terminate your agreement with us at any time. However we are entitled to be paid for any work completed, including handling and service charges, and any fees paid on your behalf up to that point.

Our fees for processing your visa will be advised at the beginning of the process. These fees may vary depending on the urgency of the application and the embassy’s policy for urgent applications. Please note we cannot speed up the processing time beyond the embassy’s standard timeline and we cannot influence their decision.

We are not responsible for any visa refusal or delay caused by the embassy, especially if not enough time is given for processing or required documents are not submitted on time. Make sure to submit all documents on time and have enough time for processing before your travel date.

Processing time is 3-4 working days under normal circumstances. If embassy delays we cannot refund. Please plan your application well in advance of your travel date. Friday and Saturday is not working days for Dubai Embassy and does not count as processing days.
